You will be allocated one of the 24 gorilla groups habituated in Bwindi Forest. The actual trek starts at 8:00 am and the actual time to spend in the jungle is not certain. You will be assigned two armed park rangers who will escort you to and from the jungle forest. The allowed time with the gorillas is an hour counted from the moment you set your eyes on them. Ensure to keep the guidelines, stay calm, and enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience. In the evening if time allows, go for a community tour to the batwa pygmies who live adjacent to the park.
