This 15-day Uganda safari is a great adventure taking you from as far as Karamoja Kidepo Valley for the incredible wildlife encounters with zebras and ostriches up to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in the southwest to meet the mountain Gorillas in their natural habitat. You will visit some of Uganda’s top National parks which include Kidepo Valley, Murchison Falls National park, Kibale Forest, Queen Elizabeth, Kibale Forest, Lake Mburo , Mgahinga Gorilla and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National park. The activities include game viewing, gorilla trekking, chimpanzee tracking and boat safaris among others. The day is fully in Uganda starting and ending in Kampala/Entebbe

Our representative will be waiting as you arrive at Entebbe International Airport, be briefed shortly about your 15-day tour in Uganda and then drive off to your lodge/hotel in Entebbe. Dinner and overnight stay in Entebbe.
Have an early morning breakfast and embark on a journey headed to Gulu. You will have a brief stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Naksongola for a rhino tracking experience. The sanctuary is the only place to see rhinos in the whole of Uganda. You will then proceed to Gulu with en route lunch. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in Gulu.
Following well-spiced breakfast at your lodge/hotel check out and tart off the drive headed to Kidepo Valley National Park located in the far northeastern Part of Uganda. Check into the lodge and refresh. You can have optional evening game drives to see wild animals feeding before retiring for a night. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Expect to see numerous wild animals such as Giraffes Uganda kobs, Elephants, Cheetahs Leopards, hyenas, Waterbucks, Warthogs Oribis, Topos, serval cats and Buffalos among other Kidepo Valley National Park. Morning is the best time to see wild animals actively hunting before sunrise. Return to the lodge for late breakfast and wait for lunch. In the afternoon go for a cultural tour of the IK people who share their traditions, norms, customs, and briefs. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Rise up on tasty breakfast checkout and drive out of Kidepo Valley National Park headed to Murchison Falls National Park in North Eastern Uganda. The transfer drive offers you spectacular views of the beautiful local communities and farms giving you a chance to meet and interact with local people. Arrive in the evening, check-in and refresh at your lodge

Have an early morning game-viewing experience in the open plains of Murchison Falls National park. You will see animals such as Giraffes, Lions, and Leopards, Elephants Hippos and waterbucks among others. Return to the lodge for breakfast and lunch. In the afternoon, go for a boat cruise to the bottom of the mighty Murchison Falls. Enjoy seeing how the string Nile waters squeeze through a narrow gorge falling 43 meters down into the devil’s cauldron. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

After breakfast, you will drive to Kibale Forest National Park, the Primates Capital of Africa. . There will be stopovers for scenic views and lunch along the way. Arrive and settle into your lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

After your breakfast at the lodge, you will head to the park offices for Chimpanzee tracking experience which is the main activity of the day. It all starts with briefing by the park staff guiding you on the best ways to track these cousins of humans. It is believed that Chimpanzees share 98% DNA with humans and this will be demonstrated during the one-hour encounter with the chimpanzees. Have lunch at the restaurant and visit to Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for birdwatching and a nature walk in the afternoon. Lunch and overnight at the lodge.

After breakfast at the lodge, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park (about 2-3 hours) one of Uganda’s largest and oldest National Parks sheltering over 95 mammal species and birds. You will arrive early, have lunch and check in at the lodge. Have an afternoon boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel for wildlife viewing. Return to the lodge later for dinner and overnight stay in the park.

In the morning, have breakfast, check out and drive through the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth as you head to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. Ishasha is home to rare tree climbing lions which you will see resting lazily up in the acacia trees. You will also see other wild animals such as elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, Hippos, giraffes, Uganda kobs, topis, warthogs, bushbucks, impalas, duikers, reedbucks, Oribis, hyenas, mongooses and many bird species. You will then proceed to Bwindi Forest reaching in the evening.

The sanctuary is the only place to see rhinos in the whole of Uganda. You will then proceed to Gulu with en route lunch. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in Gulu.
Drive to the park offices very early in the morning for Gorilla trekking experience which is the main activity in this park. You will be briefed and then led into the jungle to search for habituated Gorillas with ranger guides assigned to your group of tourists. The experience involves hiking through the high mountains for several hours requiring some level of fitness from the participants. This experience may take any time between few hours to half a day depending on the movement of the Gorillas. You will soon or later meet the gorillas and be allowed a full hour in their presence. Return to the starting point to meet your guide and drive to Kisoro for dinner and overnight.
Have an early morning breakfast and embark on a journey headed to Gulu. You will have a brief stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary in Naksongola for a rhino tracking experience. The sanctuary is the only place to see rhinos in the whole of Uganda. You will then proceed to Gulu with en route lunch. Dinner and overnight at your lodge in Gulu.
Have an early morning breakfast and with your packed lunch drive to the park headquarters of Mgahinga gorilla National Park for registration and guidelines for the golden monkeys trekking experience. You will then hike into the forest searching for these endangered primates. The allowed time is strictly an hour. In the afternoon, visit the batwa local communities adjacent to the park. You will learn about the traditional forest lives of these short people who will also share about their traditions, norms, and customs. Dinner and overnight at the lodge
After breakfast on this day, you will head out for a community tour visiting the Batwa who used to live in the forest. You will learn about their ancient ways of life like use of herbs to treat diseas.

After an early breakfast, you will drive off to Lake Bunyonyi for another amazing adventure. Bunyonyi has 29 islands with gardens and other amazing features that make it a unique destination in Uganda. Be sure to engage in activities like Ziplining and canoeing that afternoon of your 10th day of the tour. Retire later at the lodge for dinner and a night stay.

Have a relaxed sunrise breakfast on the shores of Lake Bunyonyi. You will then drive to Lake Mburo via Kigezi rolling hills and Ankole cattle and banana farms. Check into the lodge and have lunch. In the afternoon, go for a boat cruise to Lake Mburo for scenic viewing, birding, and a cold breeze. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

Lake Mburo National Park is home to animals such as Giraffes Zebras, Uganda kobs Waterbucks, and Warthogs among others. In the afternoon, go for a cultural experience to learn about cattle keeping and how different products are made out of milk. Local people will share their traditions, norms, and customs giving you more knowledge about them. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.

The RATES are subject to change and are based on Availability with effect from July upon release of the new tariffs from Uganda Wildlife Authority and Rwanda Development Board.
On flights and land-based tours within East Africa, each passenger is limited to a maximum baggage weight of 33 pounds (15 kilograms). This includes the weight of purses and camera equipment in addition to regular luggage. Luggage restrictions are adhered to very strictly and passengers should pack their bags accordingly. Soft-sided luggage or duffels are preferable to hard luggage for storage on safari vehicles and also on aircraft used throughout East Africa. Dimensions should not exceed 23 inches (58 centimetres) long x 13 inches (33 centimetres) high x 10 inches (25 centimetres) wide.
